When setting up an environment, you'll encounter three environment types to choose from, including Private Delivery and SaaS Production.

  1. Private Delivery:

    • Choose this option to deploy your app on dedicated infrastructure within a customer's private cloud account. It's ideal for tailored deployments.

  2. SaaS Production

    • You can deploy your app as a white-labelled solution.

    • This option supports multi-tenancy across any available region, making it suitable for both white-label deployments and your own production needs.

    • Typically used in your own private cloud account.

  3. Sandbox Environments

    • Sandbox environments function similarly to standard app environments but are specifically designed for internal QA and testing workflows within your team.

Features Disabled in Sandbox Environments:

  • Backups: Both manual and scheduled backups are disabled.

  • Custom Domains

Important Note:

Sandbox environments are not intended for production or customer-facing use cases. They're specifically reserved for testing, QA, and internal piloting workflows.
